Welcome to the Alabama Lawyers Credit Association website. As your Managing Member, very few things give me more pleasure than putting working capital into your bank account when you need it. Our mission is to provide financial assistance on a timely, fair and ethical basis to individuals and firms at a reasonable cost in situations where the benefits derived from using our services far exceed the costs of our services. We provide the means for attorneys and law firms to stabilize their cash flow; expand their business; earn more from their existing business; take advantage of opportunities; and avoid unfavorable consequences of being undercapitalized. We will only work with attorneys and law firms in situations in which there will be a "win/win" outcome for both parties. If our financial services won't "repay" the attorney more than they "cost" under any given circumstance, we will not pursue the business. We must be "on your side" and not "adversarial" to you. Many of you know us already. Our affiliate factoring company, Daniels Capital Corporation, has been discounting Fee Declarations for court-appointed attorneys in criminal defense cases in Alabama for over 7 years with a top reputation for rapid response, freindly service and competitive pricing. Beginning this year, Daniels Capital Corporation also provides Fee Declaration factoring services in other states, and for Federal count appointments. This year we have added several new financial services to our menu designed exclusively for practicing attorneys and small law firms in Alabama. We can now factor confirmed settlements in plaintiffs’ cases, and we can advance against contingency fee expectations in many other plaintiffs’ cases. You need to meet and get to know us.
